Fab Travel Deals is an advertising medium for travel and tourism related product. Businesses and individuals are able to advertise their product on this site for a fee. Accommodation, Travel Insurance and Airfares are links to outside affiliate businesses operated by separate businesses from which Fab Travel Deals may receive a fee. Fab Travel Deals is not a travel agent. Outside business affiliates include Octopus Travel and Costless Holidays Pty Ltd.

Before using this website you must agree to these Terms & Conditions

1. Fab Travel Deals places all advertisements in good faith that all offers are genuine.

 2. Fab Travel Deals is not a Travel Agent and does not process or accept bookings.

 3. All advertisements are deemed to have been written and approved by the advertiser. The advertiser or person submitting the advertisement is authorized to place an advertisement by their company or business.

 4. In the event of an enquiry being received by Fab Travel Deals it may forward the request to a licensed Travel Agent or tour wholesaler.

 5. Offers may become unavailable at any time.

 6. Airfares shown may not be current & validity must be verified before making bookings. Airfares are replaced on a regular basis and some may still be displayed and no longer available and may be removed at the next site update. Some taxes may be additional.

 7. Booking conditions and cancellation fees apply to offers.

 8. Offers are subject to availability.

 9. All advertisements stay online for 4 weeks from the time payment is received.

10. Advertisements must be paid for within 7 days of appearing on this site.

11. Links in advertisements will not be activated until payment has been made.

12. All prices are in Australian dollars unless shown otherwise.

13. A submission of an advertisement is not a guarantee of publication.

14. Fab Travel Deals reserves the right to refuse submissions at it’s discretion.

15. Fab Travel Deals takes no responsibility for any prices or inclusions that are different to the advertised entry.

16. Advertisers agree to indemnify Fab Travel Deals from any legal action arising from inaccurate information in any advertisement.

17. If you rely on the information on this site, or any site to which it has a link, you are responsible for ensuring by independent verification it’s accuracy and completeness.

18. Prices may change due to Australian and overseas Government charges, taxes, exchange rate fluctuations, after an advertisement appears online.

19. Alterations or cancellation may attract an administration fee.

20. No refunds will be made.

21. Advertisements may be removed at the discretion of Fab Travel Deals.

Accommodation links to affiliate online accommodation booking programs are operated by www.octopustravel.com, operating as individual businesses .  All bookings and payments are made direct with/ to www.octopustravel.com  and not to, or with, Fab Travel Deals. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions on the www.octopustravel.com website. By booking with www.octopustravel.com you accept their terms and conditions and indemnify the proprietor of the Fab Travel Deals of any responsibility arising from any dealing with www.octopustravel.com. 

23. Airfares shown on this site are provided by Australian Travel Agent, Costless Holidays Pty. Ltd.,  Lic No TAG 1737 in the state of Queensland. All bookings and payments are made with/to Costless Holidays Pty. Ltd., and not with/to Fab Travel Deals.

24. No part of this website may be altered, copied or transmitted without permission.

25. Fab Travel Deals takes no responsibility for the content or accuracy of information of the sites to which it has established a link. Fab Travel Deals expressly distances itself from any liability, or action, arising from any person visiting a linked site.

26. Email addresses will be saved to a database. The owner of the email address may receive communication from us, and by using this website you give Fab Travel Deals your authority to contact you. You have the right to have your email removed from our database.
